Alo Solutions is continuing its growth by adding Durham Family Medicine to its lineup of primary care practices operating under the Avance Care banner. The addition marks the third Avance Care location in Durham and 33rd in North Carolina.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

This also marks Alo’s second transaction of the year. Just last month, in October 2023, the company acquired Davidson Family Medicine in Davidson, North Carolina for an undisclosed price.
