Bharath Home Medicare announced on November 16 the successful acquisition of Strata Meditech, an India-based company offering occupational health management and annual medical checkups. Strata Meditech was founded in 2015 and serves more than 50 corporate clients.
Bharath Home Medicare provides holistic home health care services to all age groups with electronic medical records. Their services include patient support, vaccinations, physiotherapy, speech therapy, diagnostics and medical equipment rental and sales.
The transaction was completed on November 10, 2023. Strata’s operations will be overseen by Varadharajan K. as Director and Rajasekharan N.S. as Chief Business Officer. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this represents the 18th occupational health deal of 2023. This also marks the 294th international healthcare deal announced this year, and the 22nd announced in India year-to-date.
