Urology America, a portfolio company of Gauge Capital, announced its acquisition of Conrad Pearson Clinic. According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 458th Physician Medical Groups acquisition of the year, and the sixth in the urology specialty.
Conrad Pearson Clinic provides high-quality urology care out of three locations: Germantown and Cordova, Tennessee and Southaven, Mississippi. According to its website, the practice has 10 physicians on staff which are supported by a team of three physician assistants.
Urology America is a national urology platform founded in central Texas by Urology Austin physicians. It supports more than 90 providers in Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana.
This transaction marks Urology America’s first acquisition of the year. Physician Growth Partners advised Conrad Pearson Clinic. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
