Christie & Co., a London-based advisory firm, announced on November 2 that it acted as an advisor for the sale of Wishaw Dental Clinical. The buyer was not disclosed.
Wishaw Dental Clinical is a two-surgery, mixed-income dental practice located in Wishaw, Scotland. It has been providing high-quality dental care for more than 20 years.
This is the third transaction that Christie & Co has advised on this year. Previously, the company worked on Envisage Dental’s acquisition of Shipston Dental Practice, a five-provider practice, and IM Smile Ltd.’s purchase of Haynes Road Dental Practice, a three-provider practice.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 442nd Physician Medical Groups transaction of the year, 145 of them in the dental specialty. This is a 17% decrease from last year when 175 dental acquisitions were announced between January 1, 2022, and November 2, 2022.
