Allergy Partners announced it acquired Charleston Allergy and Asthma for an undisclosed price.
Charleston Allergy and Asthma is a leading care provider for patients with allergy, asthma and immunologic disorders throughout the Lowcountry of South Carolina. According to its website, the practice has seven physicians on staff providing care out of three locations.
Allergy Partners is one of the largest single-specialty care providers for allergy, asthma and immunologic disorders in the United States. It has more than 145 allergists, 50 advanced practice providers and more than 1,250 team members in 150 locations across 20 states.
As its first acquisition of 2023, this acquisition expands Allergy Partners’ presence in South Carolina.
