Although five of Oma Fertility’s nationwide clinics were acquired by a corporate entity, Dr Rychlik felt it important that his Santa Barbara clinic maintain a patient-centric approach without being acquired by another corporate entity. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Oma Fertility is a full-service fertility clinic that offers fertility care and treatments. The company was founded in 2020 and is based in Santa Barbara, California. According to its website, the Santa Barbara location has three providers on staff.
