Elevate ENT Partners, a leading management support of ear, nose and throat (ENT) practices nationwide, announced on August 29 that it has acquired San Antonio Head & Neck Surgical Associates.
San Antonio Head & Neck Surgical Associates offers treatment for medical and surgical disorders in the field of otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. According to its website, the practice has nine providers on staff.
With more than 80 otolaryngology centers and 127 physicians, Elevate ENT Partners invests in private ENT and allergy practices across the United States and provides scalable infrastructure to help practices reach the next level in terms of financial management, marketing, contracting, human resources and other business disciplines. The company is backed by Audax Private Equity.
This acquisition marks Elevate ENT’s third major addition in the Texas market, making it the largest ENT physician network in the region, according to the press release. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 367th Physician Medical Groups acquisition of 2023, and the 13th in the ENT specialty.
This acquisition follows Elevate ENT’s acquisition of Vero ENT Associates for an undisclosed price just last month. The company has made 13 acquisitions in the ENT space since 2021, according to data captured in the LevinPro HC database.
