ArcMed is an India-based billing and automation services organization. It provides revenue cycle management (RCM) services.
Ventra Health is a healthcare organization focused on tech-enabled RCM, practice management and advisory solutions for hospital-based physicians. The company was founded in 2021 and is based in Dallas.
The ArcMed acquisition will strengthen Ventra Health’s service performance and quality, optimize operational efficiencies and provide added scale for automation and growth.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 153rd eHealth acquisition of the year, 37 of them in the RCM specialty. It also marks Ventra Healta’s second transaction of 2023; previously it purchased Deras Global Services, a Philippines-based provider of RCM services for hospital-based physician specialties.
