Manzer Family Medicine is a family medicine practice in Kansas and Missouri. According to its website, the practice has two physicians on staff.
AMA is a healthcare services company focused on providing greater access to healthcare for underserved communities across the United States. AMA offers walk-in urgent care services, combined with traditional family practice medicine and multi-specialty ambulatory surgical services.
The financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands AMA’s presence in Kansas and Missouri. Additionally, this follows AMA’s acquisition of Probst OB-GYN Services, PC., a three-provider OB/GYN practice in St. Louis, Missouri.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 296th Physician Medical Groups acquisition of 2023, and the seventh in the primary care specialty.
