Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy Acquires Versailles Physical Therapy and Hand Clinic

Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy (OSPT), announced on June 26 that it acquired Versailles Physical Therapy and Hand Clinic.

Versailles Physical Therapy and Hand Clinic provides physical therapy services to patients in Versailles, Kentucky.

OSPT is a Kentucky-based, private physical therapy practice group. It is owned by Confluent Health, a subsidiary of private equity firm Partners Group.

This acquisition brings OSPT’s presence to nine clinics across Kentucky and Indiana. The team at Versailles Physical Therapy and Hand Clinic will now have access to OSPT’s ecosystem of management services as well as education and musculoskeletal health resources. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 24^th Rehabilitation acquisition of the year. The deal also represents OSPT’s first acquisition of 2023 and follows its July 2022 acquisition of Danville Physical Therapy.
