Sonrava Health announced on June 26 that it entered an agreement to acquire 24 dental offices across Arizona, Pennsylvania and Florida. The offices were previously affiliated with Pure Dental Brands.
Sonrava Health, through its affiliates, is a dental support organization that cares for approximately 4 million patient visits each year in nearly 600 affiliated offices in 21 states. In addition to general dentistry, Sonrava Health affiliate practices offer pediatric dentistry, orthodontics (including clear aligners), oral surgery, periodontics, endodontics, dental implants and overdentures.
With this acquisition, Sonrava Health supports 588 offices across 21 states. The transaction also provides Sonrava Health with a strategic 13-office foothold in Florida, a new market for the company. Terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 284th Physician Medical Groups acquisition of 2023, 89 of them in the dental specialty.
