Panoramic Health announced that it acquired Southwest Nephrology Associates LLP (SWN) for an undisclosed price.
SWN is a premier nephrology practice in Texas. According to its website, the practice operates six locations in the Houston MSA and is run by six providers.
Panoramic Health is a physician-led kidney care organization. Panoramic Health’s Clinical Research division partners with sponsors and clinical research organizations to bring treatments to patients with kidney disease.
SWN will utilize Panoramic Health’s value-based care platform to integrate care coordination and utilize superior data and analytics across six clinic locations.
The partnership marks the fifth partnership Panoramic Health has made with leading nephrology practices across Texas in the last 12 months. This is also Panoramic Health’s third acquisition in 2023. According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 275th Physician Medical Groups acquisition of 2023, and the fourth in the nephrology specialty.
