Greater Boston Urology, an affiliate of U.S. Urology Partners since 2023, acquired MetroWest Urology, Natick, Massachusetts, expanding its footprint in the Boston market. The practice is run by Dr. Ravi Kacker.
The addition extends the platform’s presence into Massachusetts and represents a continued build-out of its physician network across the state. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
MetroWest Urology provides specialty urologic care, contributing additional providers and clinical capacity to Greater Boston Urology’s existing network. The deal aligns with the platform’s strategy of affiliating with independent urology practices to increase density in key suburban markets while maintaining specialty-focused care delivery.
This deal marks Greater Boston Urology’s first acquisition since U.S. Urology Partners was purchased by General Atlantic in April 2025.
