This past week, CBRE announced that it has advised on two transactions.  

The first transaction CBRE advised on was SG Property Services’ acquisition of Cherry Creek Medical Pavilion, a multi-tenanted medical outpatient building (MOB) in Denver, Colorado. The MOB comprises 45,023 square feet. 

SG Property Services is a vertically-integrated real estate firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. The company was founded in 2010 and focuses on healthcare-oriented real estate and professional office development and acquisition in the Southeastern United States. 

This deal marks SG Property Services’ third acquisition of the year. In March, it purchased Fleming Island Medical Plaza, an 82,790-square-foot MOB in Jacksonville, Florida. Also in March, it acquired Williamson Health Center, a 34,709 square foot MOB in Tennessee and Woodforest Medical Plaza, a 48,516 square foot MOB in Texas. 

The second transaction that CBRE advised on was Cornerstone Companies’ acquisition of Stone Manor MOB, based in Warrington, Pennsylvania. CBRE advised Carlino Commercial Development, the seller.  

The Warrington MOB comprises 62,750 square feet. Built in 2007, the facility is 93% leased with 9.8 years of WALT. It features a multi-specialty, high-volume surgery center with two operating rooms and one treatment room to perform hand and upper extremity, joint replacement, orthopedic, pain management, sports medicine, podiatry and ENT surgeries. 

Cornerstone Companies is a full-service healthcare real estate investment, development and management firm. Over the last 12 years, Cornerstone has acquired and developed more than 90 properties consisting of ambulatory surgery centers, Imaging centers and medical outpatient buildings across 11 funds, representing more than $2 billion in total project value. 

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, there have been 80 MOB acquisitions reported since the start of the year. The MOB M&A activity accounts for more than 12% of the 649 of the healthcare transactions reported in 2026 so far. There were 233 MOB transactions announced in 2025, and 213 in 2024.
