beBright, a doctor-owned and -led pediatric dentistry and orthodontic services organization, announced that it acquired Pediatric Dentistry of Shreveport-Bossier for an undisclosed sum.
Pediatric Dentistry of Shreveport-Bossier is a pediatric dental practice with six locations in Louisiana. According to its website, the practice is run by a team of seven dentists.
beBright is based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The company was created by New York-based private equity firm InTandem Capital Partners in June 2023.
This transaction marks beBright’s second acquisition of the year, expanding its presence in Louisiana.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 162nd Physician Medical Group (PMG) acquisition of 2026, and the 70th in the dental specialty. There were 521 PMG deals reported in 2025, including 252 in the dental market. So far, dental accounts for more than 11% of the 624 healthcare deals that have been announced since the start of the year.
Other active buyers in the dental specialty include Smile Partners USA, SALT Dental Partners, Heartland Dental and Imagen Dental Partners.
