Qualifacts will be acquiring MethodOne by Computalogic, according to an April 7 press release.
Computalogic is a Tennessee-based company exclusively dedicated to the development, installation and support of addiction treatment management systems.
MethodOne by Computalogic is a comprehensive controlled-medication dispensing solution designed for opioid treatment programs and substance use disorder providers. MethodOne’s platform streamlines medication dispensing, inventory management and regulatory compliance.
Qualifacts is a Software-as-a-Service electronic health record provider (EHR) for behavioral health and human service organizations. The company offers solutions for clinical productivity, compliance and state reporting, billing and business intelligence to the behavioral health, rehabilitative and human services markets. Qualifacts serves more than 2,200 organizations across all 50 states, including 33% of the nation’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers, supporting both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Private equity firms Warburg Pincus and Martis Capital merged Qualifacts and Credible Behavioral Health in August 2020.
The acquisition brings together Qualifacts’ EHR platforms with MethodOne’s medication dispensing and inventory management capabilities, creating a single, fully integrated solution for the behavioral healthcare market. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 64th eHealth transaction of the year, and the 18th in the medical practice management software (MPMS) specialty. Throughout 2025, there were 301 eHealth deal announcements, including 53 MPMS transactions.
