Collectly announced that it has completed the acquisition of Truckee, California-based Pledge Health for an undisclosed price.
Pledge Health is an AI automation company focused on reducing repetitive administrative work across revenue cycle management (RCM) workflows. Pledge Health’s platform includes a visual AI agent builder that enables teams to automate core pre-service financial workflows.
Collectly is an AI-powered technology company specializing in patient billing, revenue cycle management and engagement solutions. Trusted by more than 3,000 healthcare facilities, Collectly has processed more than $1 billion in patient payments.
This acquisition accelerates end-to-end RCM automation by combining Pledge Health’s AI workflow engine for pre-service financial clearance with Collectly’s existing strengths in patient billing, communications and payments.
“Pledge Health was built to automate the hardest and most manual parts of pre-service financial workflows, especially where APIs don’t exist and teams are forced into payer portals and workarounds,” said Shreya Jagarlamudi, Co-Founder of Pledge Health. “By joining Collectly, we can scale that capability inside a platform that already owns the patient financial experience end-to-end, and help providers run these workflows with far less manual effort and uncertainty.”
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 60th eHealth acquisition of 2026, and the 12th in the RCM specialty. There were 55 RCM deals in 2025, which made up approximately 17% of the 301 eHealth deals announced throughout the year.
