Premier Radiology Services announced on January 28 the acquisition of National Radiology Solutions (NRAD), based in Winter Garden, Florida.
NRAD is a full-service teleradiology company that provides remote and on-site radiology services to its clients.
Founded in 2006, Premier Radiology Services is one of the top independent teleradiology solutions in the United States. Premier provides reliable and accurate interpretations of medical images to patients in 48 states through its technology-enabled platform. With a network of more than 165 radiologists, Premier offers 24/7 coverage across various modalities and subspecialties, including musculoskeletal, neuroradiology, cardiology and women’s imaging. The company was acquired by private equity firm Grovecourt Capital Partners in June 2023.
This acquisition expands Premier’s national footprint, strengthens comprehensive clinical coverage and enhances patient care. This partnership enables Premier and NRAD to collaborate closely and leverage their combined strengths, including a radiologist network, administrative infrastructure and technology and clinical operations. NRAD Founder Robb Kolb and his team will join Premier following the acquisition, ensuring continuity for NRAD’s customers and physicians, and further strengthening Premier’s operations, commercial and clinical talent. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This deal follows Premier’s previous acquisitions of Deerfield, Florida-based NationalRad in February 2024 and Chicago, Illinois-based MetisMD in July 2025.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 12th Laboratories, MRI and Dialysis transaction of 2026, and the tenth deal announced in the diagnostics specialty. Throughout all of 2025, there were 137 Laboratories, MRI and Dialysis transactions, 72 of which were in the diagnostic subsector.
