For a strong finish in 2025, Imagen Dental Partners has announced that it acquired three practices: Prestige Dentistry, Alexander Dental and Gresham Smile Designs.
Prestige Dentistry provides the full scope of dentistry services out of two locations in Florida: Trinity and Palm Harbor. According to its website, there are three doctors on staff.
Alexander Dental is based in St. Augustine, Florida. According to its website, the dental practice is run by a team of six doctors, including one oral surgeon.
Gresham Smile Designs is a family dentist practice with one location in Gresham, Oregon. There is one doctor on staff: Dr. Matthew Vogel, who is aided by several employees.
Imagen Dental Partners is a dental partnership organization founded in 2020 that joins with dental practices, invests in them and supports their growth. Imagen Dental Partners supports practices in 15 states.
With these acquisitions, Imagen has announced 18 deals in 2025. It has expanded its presence in Florida, Oregon, Arizona, California, Kentucky, Washington, Illinois, Indiana, Texas, Ohio and Wisconsin. It has also added more than 40 physicians to its network. In 2024, the company announced 20 acquisitions. There were four in 2023.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, there have been 510 Physician Medical Group (PMG) transactions announced in 2025, and 244 in the dental specialty. In 2025, dental accounted for more than 47% of PMG transactions. Throughout all of 2024, there were 264 dental transactions reported and 201 in 2023.
