Allied OMS announced on December 19 that it acquired its first practice in New Jersey with the acquisition of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of Central New Jersey.
Founded in 1972, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of Central New Jersey is based in two New Jersey locations: Princeton Junction and Mercerville. According to its website, there are two doctors on staff: Dr. Sean E. Bradley and Dr. Jonathon S. Sasportas.
Allied OMS is a doctor-owned, doctor-led management services organization in the oral and maxillofacial surgery space. Headquartered in Southlake, Texas, Allied OMS has 41 surgeons serving patients out of 36 locations across California, Colorado, New York, Oregon, Texas and Virginia. It is a portfolio company of DuneGlass Capital.
This partnership marks Allied OMS’s official entry into the state of New Jersey and further strengthens its growing presence along the East Coast. Through this partnership, Allied OMS will support non-clinical operations, including HR, finance, compliance and strategic growth, while the doctors continue leading all clinical decisions and patient care delivery. Terms were not disclosed.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 505th Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025, and the 241st in the dental specialty. Throughout all of 2024, there were 264 dental transactions reported and 201 in 2023.
This marks Allied OMS’ fourth transaction in 2025, having acquired a total of nine practices.
