It instantly responds to calls, texts and inquiries to capture and convert leads without missing opportunities. It features automated follow-up sequences, call analytics for performance insights, electronic medical record integrations for seamless scheduling and targeted re-engagement campaigns to increase bookings by 15-45% and drive revenue growth.
PatientNow offers practice management and growth technology for aesthetics practices. From electronic medical records and customer relationship management to marketing automation and analytics, PatientNow delivers a connected platform that helps practices attract, convert and retain more patients, while elevating the client experience at every touchpoint.
Customers of PatientNow can enjoy a deep integration with Recura, allowing clients to book, reschedule and cancel through the platform. Plus, practices will soon be able to run targeted campaigns automatically to fill their calendars, process payments seamlessly and optimize revenue and retention using insights unique to their business.
Recura will continue to operate as a standalone business, selling directly to non-PatientNow customers and focusing on delivering growth solutions. Additionally, it will power innovation for PatientNow, support its existing customers and facilitate both new and existing integrations.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 261st eHealth acquisition of 2025, and the 41st in the patient engagement specialty. Patient engagement is the fourth most active eHealth specialty of the year, making up approximately 16% of all eHealth deals announced since January. There were 33 patient engagement acquisitions announced in 2024, and 17 announced in 2023.
