Caretech has announced its acquisition of Emporia, Kansas-based The Smith Agency for an undisclosed price. With this acquisition, Caretech expands its service footprint into Kansas, adding an Adult Day Center to its portfolio.

Founded in 2000 by Georgeann Smith, The Smith Agency provides compassionate support for individuals and families navigating care needs for themselves or loved ones.
