Ivy Rehab for Kids, based in White Plains, New York, announced on September 26 that it purchased Treehouse Pediatric Therapy.
Treehouse Pediatric Therapy is a rehabilitation center that provides care to children. It focuses on speech, language and sensory rehabilitation. It is based in Ramsey, New Jersey.
Ivy Rehab for Kids is an outpatient pediatric rehabilitation provider and part of the Ivy Rehab network. Founded in 2003, Ivy Rehab, a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm Waud Capital Partners, is a network of outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy and applied behavior analysis clinics throughout the United States.
This partnership enhances Ivy Rehab for Kids’ growing presence in New Jersey, expanding access to speech, occupational and physical therapy in environments designed specifically for children. Terms were not disclosed.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 34th Rehabilitation transaction of the year. There were 46 Rehabilitation acquisitions announced in 2024. Additionally, this marks the third acquisition for Ivy Rehab for Kids since the start of the year, and seventh for the Ivy Rehab network.
