Zarminali Pediatrics is a pediatrics multispecialty group. It has more than 10 locations across Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
This transaction represents Zarminali Pediatrics’ second acquisition of 2025. Previously, it acquired Green Tree Pediatrics, a two-physician practice based in Michigan.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 347th Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025 and the 12th in the pediatrics specialty. There were only four pediatric acquisitions reported throughout 2024, and 11 in 2023.
