Visibly announced on September 2 that it entered into an agreement to acquire Easee.
Easee is an international leader in digital eyecare, specializing in telemonitoring and hybrid care pathways. Its online eye exam platform, now certified under the new MDR, exemplifies its approach, combining medical expertise with technology to offer accessible and accurate eye measurements, including full refraction.
Visibly is a Chicago, Illinois-based healthcare technology company founded in 2012. The company builds digital vision care solutions that enable patient choice and provider capacity. It provides online vision testing services.
This acquisition solidifies Visibly’s position as the global leader in remote vision care and creates a powerful springboard for growth across healthcare, retail and consumer markets in the United States and Europe. The financial terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 215th eHealth acquisition of 2025, and the 21st in the remote patient monitoring (RPM) specialty. There were 24 RPM transactions reported in 2024, and 22 in 2023.
Additionally, this is Visibly’s first acquisition of the year. Its last transaction was in January 2024 when it acquired EyecareLive, a digital tool enabling eye care professionals to connect to patients.
