Cygnet Social Care announced on that it has acquired Woodrowe Healthcare in Markfield, a village in Leicestershire, England.
Woodrowe Healthcare is a provider of specialist care and rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injury, neurological and complex needs in a residential setting.
Cygnet, a division of the Cygnet Group, has developed a wide range of social care services for adults with autism, learning disabilities and those requiring elderly care within the United Kingdom. Cygnet has 3,000 employees catering to 800 residents and service users across 74 residential, supported living, nursing home and day services.
The acquisition means Cygnet Social Care now operates Woodrowe Healthcare. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 28th Rehabilitation transaction of 2025. There were 46 Rehabilitation transactions announced during 2024, and 51 announced in 2023.
