Tampa, Florida-based Elite365 announced that it acquired Wilderness Medical Staffing, based in Livingston, Montana.
Wilderness Medical Staffing is a provider of locum tenens staffing services to rural communities. Launched in 2010, Wilderness places physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and certified registered nurse anesthetists in rural and remote communities across Alaska and the Western United States.
Elite365, backed by private equity Regal Healthcare Capital Partners, is a healthcare staffing firm. In addition to its headquarters in Tampa, it also has an office in Irving, Texas. Elite365 currently has more than 3,000 facilities in its network.
The transaction closed June 16, 2025. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This marks Elite365’s second acquisition of 2025, and its third since the start of 2024. In March 2025, it acquired Proxi Dental Staffing, based in Plano, Texas. In August 2024, the company acquired Critical Connection, which is located in Rockville, Maryland.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 20th Healthcare Staffing acquisition of 2025, and the first in Montana this year. Throughout 2024, 26 Healthcare Staffing transactions were announced.
