Topa Topa Optometry is based in Ojai, California. It provides a comprehensive range of eye health services to patients of all ages. The practice is run by one physician: Bruce Brockman, OD.
Antelope Mall Vision Center Optometry is based in Palmdale, California. It provides the full scope of eye care services. There are three physicians on staff: Dr. Jae Hon, Anita Aloian and Hannah Yeh.
East Hills Vision Care Optometry operates out of one location in San Jose, California. According to its website, there are four doctors running the practice: Dr. Bic Trinh, Dr. Christopher B. Ngo, Dr. Patricia N. Hom and Dr. Barbara L. Jung.
VSP Ventures is a practice transition partner for doctors looking to retire or transition to a different practice model. It was launched in 2019 to provide an alternative to private equity consolidation. VSP Ventures has a network of 84 locations across California, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Ohio and Tennessee.
With these additions, VSP operates nearly 100 practices across the country. The financial terms were not disclosed. Previously in 2025, VSP announced the acquisition of three practices; two in California and one in Arizona.
