Plymouth Psych Group (PPG) announced that it acquired Psychology Consultation Specialist (PCS), based in Plymouth, Minnesota.
PCS is an outpatient mental health practice that was established in 2008. PCS provides neuropsychological and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder testing, psychotherapy, coaching and pediatric developmental assessments for autism and intellectual disabilities.
PPG, also located in Plymouth, Minnesota, is a full-service mental health clinic dedicated to serving patients of all ages and their families. The multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, developmental pediatricians, psychologists, therapists and registered dietitians.
PPG has selected ClinicMind‘s platform to unify operations across the expanded organization. This includes enterprise credentialing, behavioral health electronic health records, scheduling, documentation and revenue cycle management. Terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 70th Behavioral Health Care transaction of 2025, as well as the 10th deal announced in the autism spectrum disorder treatment provider specialty this year. This also marks PPG’s first acquisition of 2025.
