neurocare group AG has announced the acquisition of MeJa Psychologie, a psychological care provider in the Netherlands specializing in perinatal mental health.

MeJa Psychologie is known for its expertise in treating psychological challenges related to pregnancy, early parenthood, fertility, grief and relationship issues.

Headquartered in Munich, Germany, neurocare group provides mental health and performance by personalizing therapy following a detailed assessment through innovative technologies that help patients regain a healthier brain and better quality of life.

This acquisition expands neurocare group’s clinic network to 11 locations in the Netherlands and marks a key step into care focused on pregnancy, early parenthood and family well-being.

neurocare’s clinical research team will collaborate with MeJa and expand its services to meet the growing demand for safe, fast-acting, evidence-based mental health solutions during and after pregnancy. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 65th Behavioral Health Care (BHC) acquisition of 2025, and the 33rd in the counseling & psychiatric care specialty. Counseling & psychiatric care is the most active BHC specialty of the year, making up approximately 51% of all BHC deals announced since January.
