Integrated Diagnostic Services (IDS), based in Burbank, California, announced that it acquired Community of Nevada Diagnostics.
Community of Nevada Diagnostics is a leading provider of mobile imaging services in Nevada. It delivers mobile X-ray, ultrasound, EKG and echocardiogram services to home health and hospice agencies as well as skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout the Las Vegas and Reno markets.
Backed by private equity group HCAP Partners, IDS is a network of mobile diagnostic providers. The company was established in 2025. Founded to offer a more responsive and cost-effective alternative to hospital-based diagnostics, IDS improves access to timely care while supporting local operators with the infrastructure and investment needed to grow.
This transaction expands IDS’ reach into California. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 73rd Laboratories, MRI and Dialysis transaction of the year, and the 38th in the diagnostic specialty. Throughout all of 2024, there were 122 Laboratories, MRI and Dialysis transactions, 64 of them diagnostic deals.
This also marks IDS’ second acquisition of 2025; in April, the company purchased First Choice Mobile Radiology Services, a Southern California provider of mobile X-ray, ultrasound, EKG and echocardiogram services.
