Sellers Dorsey announced on July 15 the acquisition of DignifiHealth, a population health and value-based care data analytics company headquartered in Williamson, Virginia.
Headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Sellers Dorsey is a national healthcare consulting firm providing expertise to clients in the public and private sectors. The firm helps its clients navigate the ever-changing healthcare marketplace, provides clarity at the intersection of industry, policy and government and understands and translates market trends.
This acquisition builds on Sellers Dorsey’s June 2024 acquisition of a data analytics and visualization company, HealthDataViz, and continues the firm’s investment in building a comprehensive healthcare impact platform. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“DignifiHealth was built to help healthcare organizations achieve meaningful results from their data,” said DignifiHealth CEO, Richard Queen. “Joining Sellers Dorsey allows us to scale that mission further, combining our technology and analytics expertise with their unmatched healthcare and Medicaid experience.”
