A portfolio company of Quad-C Management private equity group, Specialized Dental Partners (formerly known as US Endo Partners) is a leading specialty dental service organization that provides comprehensive support services to endodontic specialists across the United States.
The deal was announced in a July 2, 2025, LinkedIn post from Specialized Dental Partners. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. This also marks the company’s seventh acquisition of 2025; previously, it acquired practices in Texas, Missouri, Washington, Tennessee and Pennsylvania.
