Prompt Health announced its acquisition of PredictionHealth for an undisclosed price.

PredictionHealth developed Sidekick, an AI scribe and coding assistant used by thousands of clinicians nationwide. Its compliance analytics platform, practice intel, delivers real-time insights into revenue and risk, helping practices document smarter, bill more accurately and stay audit ready.

Prompt Health is the AI-powered operations platform built specifically for rehab therapy. With workflows for scheduling, documentation, billing and patient engagement, Prompt helps practices drive better outcomes with less overhead. Headquartered in Hoboken, New Jersey, Prompt Health powers clinics across the country.

PredictionHealth’s co-founders and CEO have joined Prompt in new leadership roles: Pedro Teixera, VP of AI Engineering; Ravi Atreya, VP of Data Science; and Adam Kever, VP of Operations. They’ll be joined by the entire PredictionHealth team.

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP served as legal counsel to Prompt Health. OM Partners, LLC served as exclusive financial advisor and Barnes & Thornburg LLP served as legal counsel to PredictionHealth.

According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 155th eHealth acquisition of 2025, and the 18th in the analytics specialty. Analytics is the fifth most active eHealth subsector so far this year, behind revenue cycle management (30 deals), patient engagement (28 deals), telehealth (27 deals) and medical practice management software (19 deals). There were 30 analytics transactions reported in 2024, and 35 reported in 2023.
