Prompt Health announced its acquisition of PredictionHealth for an undisclosed price.

PredictionHealth’s co-founders and CEO have joined Prompt in new leadership roles: Pedro Teixera, VP of AI Engineering; Ravi Atreya, VP of Data Science; and Adam Kever, VP of Operations. They’ll be joined by the entire PredictionHealth team.

Analytics is the fifth most active eHealth subsector so far this year, behind revenue cycle management (30 deals), patient engagement (28 deals), telehealth (27 deals) and medical practice management software (19 deals). There were 30 analytics transactions reported in 2024, and 35 reported in 2023.
