CoachCare, a New York-based virtual health company, announced that it purchased MD Revolution. The financial terms were not disclosed.
MD Revolution is a software and clinical services platform enabling healthcare organizations to improve patient outcomes and revenue generation, at scale. It provides remote patient monitoring and chronic care management to more than 1,700 providers and 150,000 patients, collecting and evaluating more than 19 million vital measurements through care delivery.
CoachCare’s suite of virtual tools includes remote patient monitoring, video conferencing, real-time messaging, screening, content sharing and connected devices. It benefits more than 150,000 patients in 3,000 locations.
Ziegler acted as an advisor to MD Revolution. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati served as legal counsel to MD Revolution, and Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan served as legal counsel to CoachCare.

According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 156th eHealth acquisition of 2025, and the 14th in the remote patient monitoring (RPM) specialty. There were 24 RPM acquisitions reported in 2024, and 22 throughout 2023.
This is also CoachCare’s second transaction of the year. In March, the company acquired VitalTech, an RPM company based in Carrollton, Texas.
