Camellia ENT is an ear, nose & throat (ENT) practice based in Lafayette, Louisiana. It is run by Dr. David Foreman.
ENT Specialists, Ltd. has one location in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. The practice is operated by Dr. Andrew Schubkegel.
ENT Partners is a leading network of ENT and sleep providers. ENT Partners has achieved strong traction in the U.S. market and is focused on building on this momentum by rapidly scaling its operations.
These strategic partnerships enhance ENT Partners’ footprint in the Midwest and the South. With these two acquisitions, ENT Partners has completed four transactions in 2025, including the purchases of Baltimore ENT and Currence Physician Solutions. The financial terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 205th Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025 and the fourth in the ENT specialty. There were four pediatric transactions announced in 2024, and 11 announced in 2023.
