HREA | Healthcare Real Estate Advisors (HREA), based in Raleigh, North Carolina, reported on April 14 that it closed on the sale of an Overland Park, Kansas medical outpatient building (MOB) portfolio. Neither the buyer nor the financial terms were disclosed.
The MOB consists of three single-tenant buildings that are 100% leased and occupied by College Park Family Care, a multi-specialty group that is a part of HCA Healthcare. HCA operates 186 hospitals and approximately 2,400 sites of care in 20 states and the United Kingdom.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 58th MOB deal of 2025, and the first reported in Kansas. Throughout all of 2024, 213 MOB transactions were announced. Additionally, this represents HREA’s second transaction that it advised on in the year; in 2024, the company worked on seven transactions.
