In a March 12 LinkedIn post, MB2 Dental Solutions announced the acquisition of three additional dental practices.
Randolph & Associates has one location in Bloomington, Illinois. The dental practice, according to its website, has one dentist on staff: Dr. Gregory M. Randolph.
Waite & Associates is a dental practice with one office location in St. Louis, Missouri. It is owned by Dr. Stuart Waite.
Syosset Dental is based out of one location in Syosett, New York. According to its website, the dental practice has five physicians on staff.
MB2 Dental Solutions, a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners since February 2021, partners with dentists and specialists across the United States. Founded in 2007, MB2 offers general dentistry services, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery. In November 2024, Warburg Pincus invested in the company.
With these transactions, MB2 Dental has announced the completion of six transactions in 2025, adding nine dental practices to its network. It has added 27 physicians to its network since the start of the year.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, there have been 82 Physician Medical Group transactions reported since the start of 2025, with 34 of them in the dental specialty. There were 242 dental transactions reported in 2024, and 180 reported in 2023.
