The National Phlebotomy Provider Network (NPPN) and PhlebX have announced plans to merge and form Dash Health, an advanced and comprehensive mobile diagnostic services platform.

PhlebX provides at-home and on-site mobile phlebotomy services. Its fully digital technology platform and mobile phlebotomists empower clinical laboratories, physician networks and healthcare providers in serving their patients with faster and more economical bloodwork collections, for timely and reliable diagnostics.

NPPN is a non-profit, fully independent provider of the pre-analytical phase of laboratory testing, including the collection, processing and delivery of specimens for diagnostic or research purposes.

“This merger marks a major turning point in healthcare accessibility,” said Brett McClung, CEO and Executive Chairman of Dash Health. “We are building a platform that doesn’t just facilitate specimen collection—it connects patients, providers, and diagnostics in a way that ensures faster, more efficient and more impactful healthcare decisions.”

Dash Health will immediately focus on expanding partnerships with healthcare systems, payers and diagnostic labs to deploy nationwide mobile diagnostic services at scale. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 19th Laboratories, MRI and Dialysis acquisition of 2025, and the eighth in the diagnostic specialty. There were 63 diagnostic deals announced in both 2024 and 2023.
