On February 11, Integrated Dermatology Group announced that it partnered with Four Seasons Dermatology.
Four Seasons Dermatology operates out of three locations in Vermont (Colchester, Middlebury and Waterbury) and one in New York (Plattsburgh). According to its website, there are seven physicians on staff.
Founded in 2004, Integrated Dermatology Group is a national practice that acquires and partners with dermatologists to provide infrastructure, support and day-to-day management services. The company operates in more than 25 states and enables its dermatologists to maintain their medical autonomy.
This is Integrated Dermatology’s first acquisition of 2025 and its first since 2022. Terms were not disclosed.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 56th Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025 and the second in the dermatology specialty. There were 23 dermatology transactions announced in 2024.
