MB2 Dental Solutions, backed by private equity groups Warburg Pincus and Charlesbank Capital Partners, announced that it added four additional dental practices to its network. The financial terms were not disclosed.
With three dentists on staff, Killeen Family Dentistry provides general dentistry services out of one location in Killeen, Texas.
O-G Family & General Dentistry is based in Glandorf, Ohio. According to its website, there is one dentist on staff: Dr. Anthony Nigro.
Based in Owasso, Oklahoma, Boyd Family Dentistry was founded by Dr. Karla Boyd, who is supported by Dr. Caitlin Fleck.
LoPour & Associates DDS provides the full scope of dental services. Dr. Greg LoPour is supported by a team of two employees.
MB2 Dental Solutions partners with dentists and specialists. Founded in 2007, MB2 Dental Solutions offers general dentistry services, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery. Since 2021, it has been under Charlesbank Capital Partners’ umbrella. In November 2024, Warburg Pincus invested $525 million into the MB2 Dental Solutions.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 44th Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025 and the 15th in the dental specialty. There were 242 dental transactions announced in 2024. This is MB2 Dental Solutions’ second transaction of the year. In January, it acquired Dr. Bob’s Dental Care, a six-location practice in New York.
