TriHealth announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire Seven Hills Women’s Health Centers for an undisclosed price.

Seven Hills Women’s Health Centers, also known as Axia Women’s Health, is an obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) practice with 15 locations across Kentucky and Ohio. According to the original deal press release from January 30, 2025, the company has 22 providers on staff.

Bethesda North Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital joined together to form TriHealth in 1995, bringing together two Cincinnati-based health care organizations. Through these two acute care hospitals and more than 130 sites of care, TriHealth provides a wide range of clinical, educational, preventive and social programs. TriHealth’s non-hospital services include physician practice management, fitness centers and fitness center management, occupational health centers, home health and hospice care.

Seven Hills Women’s Health Centers will join TriHealth Physician Partners effective April 1. The move follows the departure of six Seven Hills doctors to St. Elizabeth Physicians in 2023, and, more recently, the relocation of its Green Township practice group in Cincinnati, Ohio from Mercy Health-West Hospital to TriHealth’s Good Samaritan, when Mercy closed its obstetrics labor and delivery program in December 2024.

According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 39th Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025, and the third in the OB/GYN specialty. There were 17 OB/GYN transactions announced in 2024.
