Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance (ARSA) announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire Complete Breast Care, based in Plano, Texas.
Complete Breast Care is a surgical practice that specializes in advanced breast cancer surgery and offers a range of services designed to support patients through every stage of their breast cancer journey. It is led by Dr. Beth Anglin, a breast cancer surgeon with more than two decades of experience.
Headquartered in Red Bank, New Jersey, ARSA is an alliance of reconstructive and cosmetic surgeons with high clinical standards and shared resources that offer economies of scale. It was founded in 2022.
Through the collaboration with ARSA, Dr. Anglin and Complete Breast Care continue to offer treatment options, including breast cancer removal and access to microsurgical breast reconstruction techniques, such as autologous breast reconstruction. Terms were not disclosed.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 29th Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025, and the first in the surgical group specialty. Throughout 2024, there were four surgical group transactions reported, and one in 2023.
