Avenues Home Care has announced its expansion into six new locations across Dallas and surrounding Texas communities through the acquisition of Clear Path Home Care.
Clear Path Home Care is a family-owned company dedicated to providing non-medical senior home care services in North Texas. The company specializes in 24-hour care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, stroke care, companion care, veterans’ care and homemaker services to help with meals, laundry and everyday activities.
Avenues Home Care provides personalized homecare services for adults, seniors and veterans. The company is backed by Nashville, Tennessee-based private equity firm Capital Alignment Partners.
With this acquisition, Avenues Home Care’s network now spans 14 locations across Texas, Tennessee and Georgia. Clear Path Home Care’s staff will remain in place, ensuring continuity with existing clients and community partners. Clear Path employees will be included under the Avenues Home Care umbrella. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 91st Home Health & Hospice (HH&H) transaction of the year. There were 100 HH&H deals announced during 2023, and 115 announced during 2022. Additionally, this marks Avenues’ first acquisition since it was acquired by Capital Alignment Partners in March 2024.
