Hubbard Medical Group is based in Hubbard, Ohio and provides family medicine services. According to the original deal press release, there is one physician on staff: Dr. Jean Wilson.
Brookfield Internal Medicine provides internal medicine services out of one location in Brookfield, Ohio. There is one physician on staff: Dr. David D’Amore, who is supported by one advanced practice registered nurse, Melissa Moss.
Based in Sharon, Pennsylvania, Sharon Family Practice is run by Dr. Gregory George, who provides internal medicine services at the practice.
Hermitage Family Practice & Internal Medicine, with one location in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, has three physicians on staff who are supported by one certified registered nurse practitioner.
With one location in Mercer, Pennsylvania, Mercer Family Medicine Center has one physician on staff, Dr. Scott Morgan, and one physician assistant, Stacey Joslin.
Meadville Medical Center is an independent community hospital system in Northwest Pennsylvania. Meadville Medical Center and its subsidiaries have served residents of Crawford County for more than 146 years.
This transaction will allow thousands of patients in Ohio and Pennsylvania to continue to receive quality health care. The deal is expected to close on or around January 1, 2025. Terms were not disclosed.
