DiagnosTemps was established in 1993 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
Health Advocates Network specializes in healthcare staffing solutions, providing a range of services within the healthcare sector. The company was founded in 2020 and is based in Boca Raton, Florida.
DiagnosTemps will continue to operate as a separate unit under the DiagnosTemps Joint Commission certified brand. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The DiagnosTemps transaction marks the sixth acquisition by Health Advocates Network since inception in 2020, and its second announced during the fourth quarter of 2024. In October, the company acquired Miami, Florida-based WorkSquare Healthcare Staffing Solutions for an undisclosed price.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 19th healthcare staffing transaction of 2024.
