Specialized Dental Partners, backed by private equity group, Quad-C Management, announced that it acquired Forest Lake Endodontics.
Forest Lake Endodontics is based in Forest Lake, Minnesota. It provides the full scope of endodontic services such as root canal treatment, 3D imaging and oral surgery. According to its website, there are two physicians on staff: Drs. Mary Ann Bunczak and Tyler J. Schuurmans.
Specialized Dental Partners (formerly known as US Endo Partners) is a leading specialty dental service organization that provides comprehensive support services to endodontic specialists across the United States. It was founded in 2018 and has partnered with more than 160 practices.
This transaction marks Specialized Dental Partners’ 18th acquisition of the year. It is also its first acquisition in Minnesota for 2024. The financial terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 392nd Physician Medical Group (PMG) transaction of the year, and the 203rd in the dental specialty. Throughout all of 2023, there were 537 PMG transactions reported.
