On October 7, Integrated Pain Solutions (IPS), supported by American Pain Consortium, announced that it acquired Cincinnati Comprehensive Pain Center.
Cincinnati Comprehensive Pain Center is a pain management practice with one location in Fairfield, Ohio. According to the press release, there are four physicians on staff.
IPS is a network of interventional pain management practices with locations in Columbus, Dublin, Fairfield and Springfield, Ohio that uses minimally invasive treatments to help patients manage pain and regain strength and mobility.
American Pain Consortium is a network of interventional pain management practices and pain-focused ambulatory surgical centers. It is based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
This partnership grows IPS’s total number of clinics to four and expands its footprint to Cincinnati, allowing IPS to serve a broader patient base and meet the growing demand for state-of-the-art, personalized and comprehensive pain care. The financial terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 385th Physician Medical Group transaction of the year, and the fifth in the pain management specialty.
