Green Clinic announced in September 2024 that it will be acquired by Allegiance Health Management‘s CEO, Rock Bordelon, and form a partnership with the company. The partnership was announced in a Facebook post by Green Clinic on September 17, 2024. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Green Clinic is a multi-specialty clinic, providing both primary and specialty care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. The company has nine locations across Louisiana.

Allegiance Health Management is an acute and post-acute health system based in Bossier City, Louisiana. It operates 15 hospitals in Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi, bringing extensive years of healthcare operational experience to rural communities. Allegiance Health Management manages more than 1,200 healthcare providers in Louisiana.

Green Clinic Medical Director Dr. Mike Nammour said the clinic is looking to the future.

“The Green Clinic has been a staple in our medical community for a very long time,” said Dr. Nammour. “We are excited to bring more than 75 years of collaborative, patient-centered healthcare into the Allegiance Health Management family, and we look forward to this new relationship and how it will make a positive impact for all of our patients.”

In a press release, Green Clinic said this new partnership will support local health initiatives and expand access to critical medical services.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 37th health clinic transaction of 2024. Throughout all of 2023, 39 health clinic transactions were reported. This is also the first health clinic in Louisiana to be purchased in 2024.
