Align ENT + Allergy, a portfolio company of Zenyth Partners, announced that it acquired Mid-Michigan ENT.
Mid-Michigan ENT has one location in East Lansing, Michigan. According to its website, there are five physicians on staff.
Align ENT + Allergy is a management services organization (MSO) supporting a community of physician-led ear, nose & throat (ENT) and allergy practices. Align provides non-clinical support services to private practices through a true partnership model, whereby partners gain the advantages of a professionalized MSO while retaining local control so that they can focus on providing care within their communities.
Align will continue to grow its presence in Michigan and in other states over the coming months. This is Align ENT + Allergy’s fourth acquisition of 2024. Terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 368th Physician Medical Group transaction of the year, and the eighth in the ENT specialty.
